    TICKET & REFUND POLICY
    All ticket sales are final. There are no pass refunds or cancelations unless you enroll in PURCHASE PROTECTION (*see info below). In the event that Podfest Expo In-Person is canceled the event will be held virtually and your ticket will be converted to a Podfest Expo Virtual Pass.

    For a fee of $50 or 25% of your ticket price (whichever is less), passes can be transferred to another person as long as the request is made 21 days prior to the event. After that time, transfer will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Send ticket transfer requests to Andrew at [email protected]

    All tickets are subject to a service & processing fee which will be added at checkout. You may upgrade your ticket, or add additional items to your registration at any time.
